Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for ICT hardware, software, licensing, subscriptions and ICT-related goods and services.
- Coordinate procurement activities across the full procurement lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, evaluation, approvals, contract establishment, purchase orders, contract variations, renewals and extensions.
- Support ICT projects, operational procurement requirements and contractor resource engagements.
- Prepare procurement documentation including procurement plans, request documentation, evaluation plans, evaluation reports, approval briefs, memos and contract documentation.
- Coordinate quotations, exemptions, contract variations and renewals in accordance with State Government procurement policies and departmental governance.
- Monitor procurement pipelines, software licence renewals and contract expiry dates to ensure continuity of ICT services.
- Provide procurement advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement pathways and governance requirements.

About You

- Ideally, 3 years' experience in ICT procurement,



contract management or a similar procurement role ideally within a government environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end procurement activities within a government or corporate environment.
- Solid contract management experience across procurement lifecycles.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing procurement documentation, evaluation reports and business cases.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide trusted procurement advice.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent procurement activities while meeting competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and procurement and financial management systems.
