Our client has a long term contract chance for a Cyber Security Analyst to join their cyber security team.

The role supports the One Identity (OneID) platform as part of the BAU team. Its main purpose is to keep the system stable, secure, and running smoothly. The role focuses on day-to-day support and maintenance, including fixing issues, managing access, and improving how the system works. It also includes handling ServiceNow (SNOW) requests, supporting change reviews, and helping manage service queues.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will:

Support the daily operation and stability of the One Identity (OneID) platformTroubleshoot and resolve access, provisioning, and system issuesManage user access and identity lifecycle activitiesHandle and action ServiceNow (SNOW) requests and service queuesSupport Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Secure Email Gateway (SEG) policy updates and requests, including email quarantine and proxy rule management

The successful candidate must have:





Demonstrated knowledge of the One Identity Manager platform including its architecture, object model, configuration, and identity lifecycle capabilities.Application development and integration experience within an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, including customisation, connector development, and integration with enterprise systems such as HR platforms, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange.Understanding of IAM security governance, including segregation of duties, privileged access management, access certification, audit and compliance reporting, and alignment with government security frameworks such as the ISM, PSPF, and the ASD Essential Eight.
