The role
We are currently seeking to appoint up to two Parts Interpreters/Salespersons experienced in selling 4WD auto parts to join our fast growing and successful team. The position is a permanent full-time roll (38 hours per week). Immediate start is available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of a dedicated team who strives to achieve
- Identify vehicle makes, models and variations to determine the right parts through our computer database and inventory system
- Process all orders, invoices and payments efficiently and accurately
- Ensure timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a Parts Interpreter/Salesperson role in the automotive industry
- Prior experience selling car parts
- Exceptional computer and literacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude
- Experience with Pinnacle software an advantage as this role involves negotiating predominately by phone using this computer based inventory system
- A strong awareness and commitment to health & safety
- Committed to ensuring a positive customer service experience, understanding our customer needs and building positive ongoing relationships
