- Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations between SaaS platforms and external systems using C# and .NET

- Build and support REST APIs and webhook-based integrations, including asynchronous messaging where required

- Translate business and partner requirements into explicit technical designs and integration specifications

- Implement full end-to-end integration workflows, including authentication, data mapping, transformation, error handling, retries, and logging

- Integrate with third-party platforms to ensure reliable data exchange across systems (e.g. POS, loyalty, ticketing), while maintaining documentation and resolving integration issues

Essential Experience

- 3+ years’ experience building and maintaining integrations in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment

- Strong experience with REST APIs and webhooks; exposure to async messaging (queues/pub-sub) desirable

- Ability to scope integrations and translate client/partner requirements into technical specifications

Essential Skills and Knowledge

- Strong C# proficiency with experience building integration services in .NET

- Excellent communication skills,



able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Salesforce

Nice to Have

- Experience in sports, entertainment, or venue technology environments

- Familiarity with concessions, ticketing, or access control systems

- Exposure to mobile POS or Android-based hardware environments

- Experience with POS platforms (e.g. Clover, Oracle Simphony/Micros, Square, Xenial, Amazon Just Walk Out)

- Experience with loyalty/engagement platforms (e.g. Fortress, Lava, YinzCam, FanMaker, Accesso, iCare, Venuetize/Everi, Givex)

- Exposure to campus dining systems (e.g. Atrium, CBORD, Transact)

- Familiarity with inventory/procurement systems (e.g. Yellowdog, Birchstreet)

Education Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
