To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Waste Collection Officer to join our team.

The Role:

Seeking a dependable team member to manage waste services across our properties. The role requires a solid work ethic, practical skills, and the ability to follow schedules while working independently.

Responsibilities:

- Put bins out for scheduled council collections and return them after collection
- Remove excess waste from properties and keep common areas tidy
- Pressure clean bin areas to maintain hygiene standards




- Monitor and report any damage, hazards, or operational issues
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently in line with company procedures

Qualifications:

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
- Must know how to navigate maps/GPS to follow collection schedules
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory
- Experience in waste management or property maintenance (preferred but not essential)
