Job Description

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the bottleshop.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

- Hand sell wine, beer and spirits with confidence, using strong product knowledge.

- Build lasting relationships with customers and grow a loyal customer database.

- Lead, train and motivate the bottleshop team in a positive, family-owned business workplace.

- Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships.

- Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation and store cleanliness.

- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue.

- Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and company policies.

- Develop and maintain the bottleshop's online presence through social media, promotions and customer engagement.

- Plan and coordinate in-store tastings, events and promotional campaigns.

- Work closely with the owners to drive business growth and continuously improve the customer experience.
