BCM Body Repairs is a leading automotive vehicle repair and painting facility . We take pride in our fast-paced, safe, and organized workshop environment. As our team grows, we are looking for a reliable, efficient, and skilled Automotive Dismantler and Refitter to join us.

The Role

In this role, you will be the backbone of our vehicle dismantler and refitting team. You will be responsible for systematically dismantling vehicles and then the meticulous refitting vehicles post-repair.

Key Responsibilities

- Dismantling: Safely and efficiently remove mechanical parts, body panels, electrical components, and interior trim from a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.

- Refitting: Reassemble vehicles after panel beating, painting, ensuring all parts fit perfectly and meet safety standards.

- Quality & Inventory Check: Inspect damaged vehicle for extra damaged parts, test functionality where applicable.

- Fluid Management: Safely drain and dispose of vehicle fluids (fuel, oil, coolant, refrigerant) in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.

- Tool & Shop Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. Maintain air tools, hand tools, and lifting equipment.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive dismantling, mechanics, panel stripping/fitting, or a similar hands-on automotive role.

- Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of automotive components, wiring, and modern vehicle assembly methods.

- Tools: Ownership of your own basic hand tools and air tools is highly preferred.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy components and standing for long periods.

- Attitude: A strong eye for detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and a team-player mindset.

- Licensing: A valid Driver’s License is required.
