Located in the heart of North Sydney, this landmark retail destination will showcase the craftsmanship, innovation and heritage of the world's most celebrated glassware brands: RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU and NACHTMANN.
We're looking for an exceptional Boutique Manager to lead the boutique from day one.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for wine with luxury retail, leading a boutique that celebrates the art of glass while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

RSN Australia is the Australian and New Zealand subsidiary of RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU and NACHTMANN.
Celebrating 270 years in 2026, RIEDEL is recognised as the world leader in Grape Varietal Specific glassware, working alongside the world's leading winemakers and sommeliers to enhance the enjoyment of wine.
The RIEDEL Boutique has been conceived as an experiential retail environment, offering hands-on product education, wine experiences, private dinners and pop-ups, as well as ways to engage with and acquire the collections.
Our new flagship boutique is more than a retail store - it's Australia's first destination dedicated to the art of glass, where customers will have access to the full Australian collection across all three brands.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of our flagship boutique.
As the face of the store, you'll lead a small team, drive sales performance, oversee store operations and visual merchandising, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional luxury retail experience.
You'll play an integral role in establishing Australia's premier destination for premium glassware.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Boutique.
- Manage staff rosters, recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Oversee stock management, inventory control and replenishment.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Workplace Health & Safety RSA legislation.
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors to maintain the smooth operation of the Boutique.
Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising
- Work with our Merchandiser to maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the boutique.
- Ensure displays, pricing, promotional material and signage are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
- Take ownership of the presentation of the entire customer workplace, including shop floor, windows, entrance and street frontage.
Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a small retail team.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
- Lead by example through exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure the team develops and maintains a high level of product knowledge.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales budgets and key performance indicators.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, collectors and trade clients.
- Grow repeat business, corporate gifting and trade opportunities.
- Work alongside the Marketing team on product launches and promotional campaigns.
Wine & Product Knowledge
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of wine and wine terminology.
- Confidently explain the relationship between wine and varietal-specific glassware.
- Continue developing your knowledge across the RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU and NACHTMANN portfolios.
- Share your knowledge confidently with customers and your team.

You’ll bring:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail or hospitality, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching and developing a team.
- A proven track record of achieving sales budgets, KPIs and business targets.
- Experience managing retail operations, including stock control, inventory management and merchandising.
- Sound knowledge of wine and wine terminology gained through practical industry experience.
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement).
- Experience using retail POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
