We are seeking an experienced and reliable bookkeeper or accountant to support the financial operations of our growing GP medical businesses. This is a part-time role working onsite. Ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and able to work independently. Position is approximately 22.5 hours per week, it may have the potential to increase hours overtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping

- Bank and accounts reconciliation

- Payroll processing and superannuation

- BAS preparation and liaison with accountant

- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

About You

- Previous bookkeeping experience in a medical centre setting

- Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





- Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping)
