At Coffee Works, we're looking for someone to become the face of our famous chocolate tasting experience. This isn't your typical retail role. You'll be creating memorable experiences, sharing your passion for handmade chocolate and Australian coffee liqueurs, and helping guests discover products they'll genuinely love.

Your day will include:

- Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.

- Offering complimentary chocolate and coffee liqueur tastings.

- Sharing the stories behind our products.

- Recommending gifts and treats tailored to each guest.

- Helping maintain beautiful retail displays.

- Processing sales and providing exceptional customer service.

- Working alongside a passionate, friendly team.

- Packing of Products

We're looking for someone who:

- Loves talking to people and making their day.

- Has a warm,



confident and outgoing personality.

- Enjoys retail and naturally loves to sell (without being pushy).

- Has excellent presentation and takes pride in their appearance.

- Can work independently while staying proactive during quieter periods.

- Is reliable, punctual and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.

Experience:

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but personality, enthusiasm and a genuine love of people are even more key.
