Paulos Pizza Parmi Store was established in 2024 and is proudly locally owned and operated. Our owner brings over 20 years of experience in the pizza industry, with a passion for quality food, efficient service and creating a great experience for every customer.

We are committed to serving fresh, high-quality pizzas, parmis and takeaway meals while maintaining a clean, friendly and fast-paced environment. We believe our team is the foundation of our success and we're looking for reliable, enthusiastic people who take pride in their work.

As a Customer Service & Kitchen Team Member, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while helping prepare quality meals and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional customer service.

- Take customer orders in-store, over the phone and through online ordering platforms.

- Prepare pizzas, parmis, garlic bread, pasta, sides and other menu items to company standards.

- Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning.

- Process cash, EFTPOS and online order collections.

- Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.

- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

- Clean kitchen equipment, preparation areas and customer service areas.

- Restock ingredients,



packaging and supplies throughout the shift.

- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods.

- Assist with opening and closing procedures.

- Follow all company recipes, procedures and workplace safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a pizza shop, takeaway, restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.

- Pizza making experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right applicant.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Reliable, punctual and well presented.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

- Good spoken English.
