PETA + JAIN are a leading fashion accessories brand. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Co-ordinator to take the brand to the next level. The role is office based at our head office in Taren Point and hours are 8.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. Dedicated parking is available on site. All staff have a generous product allowance and discounts which can be used across the entire PETA + JAIN range. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have permanent residency. All applicants MUST have worked in a similar role in a fashion environment.

About the Role

PETA + JAIN are looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Social Media Co-Ordinator to implement our social media strategy for two of our fashion accessories brands. Perfect for an enthusiastic and confident self-starter who lives and breathes digital content, stays on top of social and fashion trends, and brings brand identity to life through compelling stories that drive community and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Help plan, create, and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

Create and appear in on-camera content where needed, confidently delivering on-brand messaging that reflects the look and feel of the handbag brand.

Support end-to-end content creation, including shooting, editing, and briefing creative assets.

Build and nurture our social community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs, and monitoring brand mentions.

Assist with paid social campaigns by coordinating assets, copy, and timelines with internal teams and external partners.





Track performance through weekly and monthly reporting, sharing insights on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.

Stay across social trends, creators, and opportunities within the fashion and lifestyle space.

Coordinate products for shoots, gifting, influencer seeding, and community-building initiatives.

Ensure all content feels cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with visual direction and seasonal storytelling.

Keep content calendars, approvals, and internal communication organised to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.

Skills & Experience

1–2 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing — ideally within fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle.

A solid creative eye, with confidence shooting and editing photos and videos, especially for Reels and TikTok.

Confident and comfortable in front of the camera, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand to-camera content.Clear, confident writing skills with the ability to craft social copy that feels authentic and on-brand.

A solid understanding of paid advertising across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, as well as experience using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.





Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, trend-led environment. A genuine passion for fashion, culture, and digital storytelling.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle.

A sharp creative eye with a natural flair for styling, visuals, and editing — especially short-form video for Reels and TikTok.Confident and camera-ready, able to bring polished, on-brand to-camera content to life.

Must have a strong personal style and an effortless sense of fashion that resonates with the brand.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft elevated, on-brand captions and social copy that spark engagement.

Solid experience with paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, and the ability to interpret performance insights. Thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment, juggling multiple projects with ease.
