About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to support our daily operations and lead by example on the floor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit team environment and enjoys being part of the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operations across bar, catering, gaming and customer service areas

- Lead and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Assist with staff training, development, and performance management

- Ensure compliance with RSA/RCG and club policies

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

- Support rostering,



stock control, and general operational tasks

- Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Venue Manager

About You

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or clubs

- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable, organised, and able to multitask

- Passion for customer service and community engagement

- Current RSA & RCG (essential)

- Availability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends
