About the Company
Our client is Australia's leading supplier of 4x4 ute tray accessories, based near North Lakes. With a solid reputation in the offroad and 4x4 industry, they're known for quality products and a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a memorable customer experience by following orders through from point of sale, across departments, ensuring products are delivered in full and on time
- Process internal sales orders efficiently and accurately
- Support the sales team and dealers with order, stock, and delivery updates




- Assist walk-in customers with over-the-counter sales
- Build and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Prepare quotes and manage data entry in the ERP system

What You'll Bring

- Knowledge of offroad and/or 4x4 accessories (highly regarded)
- Sales experience or a strong understanding of sales practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, outgoing, and qualified manner
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (highly regarded)
