Roy Gripske & Sons Pty Ltd (RGS) is a proudly Australian, family-owned business that has been supplying outdoor power equipment since the 1960s. We represent some of Australia's leading brands and support a nationwide network of dealers and retailers.
We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a varied role where you'll create engaging campaigns and marketing assets across multiple brands and channels.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll create high-quality creative for retail campaigns, digital marketing, dealer communications and product launches.
Your work will include digital advertising, social media advertising campaign assets, EDMs, landing page concepts, point-of-sale material and promotional collateral. You'll also work closely with our external agency and support our dealer network with local marketing initiatives.
No two days are the same, making this the perfect chance for someone who enjoys variety and bringing creative ideas to life.
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally have 1–2 years' experience in a Graphic Design, Digital Design or similar creative marketing role, along with a strong design background.
You'll also have:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets for websites, email and social media.
- Strong layout, typography and visual communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio that showcases your creativity and design capability.
Experience with Figma, HTML email design, video editing or motion graphics will be highly regarded.
