We are actively recruiting an experienced Warehouse team member to be based at our Gregory Hills NSW Depot and join our team of dedicated professionals.
This permanent position requires you to be physically fit and confident working in a fast-paced setting.

Role Responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Support specialised flooring logistics operations using modern tools and techniques
- Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Follow company procedures for storage and inventory control
- Pick and prepare product for transport
- Unload containers (forklift unload)
- Keep records in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures
- Operate high reach forklifts
- Picking and packing orders to customer specification
- Processing both Inbound & Outbound orders
- Performing putaways into designated locations
What You'll Bring
- A current and valid High Risk Forklift License (minimum 1 year of forklift experience required)
- A strong work ethic and a positive team attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
- Reliability and punctuality – we count on our team
- Physically fit – capable of safely lifting 15–20kg
- Previous logistics or warehouse experience is highly regarded
- Experience with prong forklifts or machine operation is desirable but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and OH&S;
- Working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Load Restraint
- Have a "Can Do" attitude with flexibility and be able to work well in a team
- Permanent resident status required for this role

This is a fulltime position. Hours can vary, averaging between 38- 50 hours per week.
