We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a supportive, well-established team managing a clean and well-maintained residential portfolio.

What's on Offer?

- Salary of up to $90,000 + Super

- Take home company car available for local candidates

- Annual KPI bonus of approximately $4,000 - $5,000

- Additional bonuses for new business and sales referrals

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

- No weekend work

The Role

You'll take ownership of a tidy portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties, managing the portfolio from start to finish.

The role includes:

- End-to-end portfolio management

- Maintenance coordination

- Tenant and landlord communication

- Lease renewals

- Arrears management

- Routine portfolio administration

You'll also benefit from:

- No leasing responsibilities

- No trust accounting

- Dedicated in-house administration support assisting with lease renewal paperwork





- A thorough handover from the current Property Manager to ensure a smooth transition

Location

One of the biggest advantages of this role is the portfolio itself. Around 95% of the properties are located within just 5–15 minutes of the office, meaning minimal time spent driving and more time focusing on delivering excellent service.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience managing a residential property portfolio

- Is highly organised with excellent time management skills

- Builds strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service

- Holds a current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence

- Has a current driver's licence
