Casual Floater Nurse Position | North of the River (NOR) Medical Centres

Spectrum Health is seeking an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team as a Casual Float Practice Nurse, providing clinical support across our medical centres located throughout Perth's North of the River.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working within supportive general practice teams while delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

As a Casual Float Practice Nurse, you will provide nursing support across multiple clinics as required, assisting with the delivery of exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of each practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Patient triage and clinical assessments

- Immunisations and vaccinations

- Wound care and dressings

- Chronic disease management

- Health assessments and care planning

- ECGs, spirometry and other treatment room procedures

- Assisting GPs with clinical procedures

- Patient education and care coordination





- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with infection control and accreditation standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)

- Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Care (highly regarded)

- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills

- The ability to confidently adapt to different practice environments

- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work

- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
