With a strong national presence and a reputation for reliable service, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their Dubbo team.

About the role:

- Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries
- Providing information about products, services and customer accounts
- Processing customer requests, applications, bookings and orders
- Updating customer details and maintaining accurate system records
- Assisting with account enquiries, complaints and service issues




- Investigating concerns and escalating complex matters when required
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requests are resolved

About you:

- Previous customer service, call centre or administration experience
- A confident and qualified phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data-entry and general computer skills
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A calm and solutions-focused approach to customer concerns
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
- Willingness to complete required pre-employment checks
