Bettie’s Cleaning Solutions is looking for an exceptional local person to join our growing team as a Premium Housekeeper & Home Care Specialist.

We specialise in preparing premium holiday rentals to an exacting guest-ready standard, while also developing a new premium home care service for busy professionals and families who want their homes consistently cared for, presented and maintained.

Our clients are not simply looking for someone to clean.

They are trusting us to care for their property, protect their reputation, notice the small details and make every home feel beautifully prepared.

This position will begin as a casual role, with a genuine opportunity to develop into long-term part-time employment and, for the right person, a future leadership role within our operations team.

What the role involves

You will work across a carefully selected portfolio of premium holiday properties and private homes throughout the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing premium holiday rental turnovers between guest stays

- Preparing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas to a consistent presentation standard

- Providing regular premium home care services for private residential clients

- Making beds and presenting linen to a boutique-hotel standard

- Checking properties for damage, maintenance concerns, missing items or presentation issues

- Restocking guest supplies and property essentials

- Completing quality-control checks and submitting clear property photographs

- Communicating professionally with our operations team

- Working independently while remaining accountable to Bettie’s procedures and standards

- Assisting with team training,



quality inspections and operational support as your experience develops

The person we are looking for

You will take pride in your work and naturally notice the details that other people miss.

You will be reliable, calm under pressure and comfortable working independently in high-quality homes.

You must have:

- A current driver licence and reliable vehicle

- Availability to work weekends, school holidays and some public holidays

- Previous professional cleaning, accommodation, housekeeping or property presentation experience

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong personal presentation and professional communication skills

- The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

- Confidence working independently and managing your daily responsibilities

- A respectful and discreet approach when working inside clients’ homes

- The physical ability to perform cleaning, bed-making and property preparation duties





- A reliable smartphone and confidence using mobile apps, job systems and photo checklists

- The ability to follow detailed procedures and accept constructive feedback

- Australian working rights

- The ability to provide professional references

- Willingness to complete a police check if required

Experience in holiday accommodation, boutique hotels, resorts, housekeeping supervision, property management or premium residential cleaning will be highly regarded.

Availability

Holiday accommodation operates seven days a week, and our busiest periods often include weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

Applicants must have genuine flexibility and understand that reliability during peak periods is essential.

Work is generally performed during daytime turnover windows, with schedules changing depending on guest departures, arrivals and client requirements.
