We are excited to announce we are accepting applications Contact Centre Operators to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network on a casual basis. These roles are known internally as Recruitment Officers.
The Recruitment Officer is a call centre-based role that involves speaking with people interested in potentially taking part in clinical trials and supporting their potential enrolment into studies.
There are multiple ongoing casual positions, with a shift pattern between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am - 5:00pm on weekends.

Key responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential participants
- Minimum six months experience in a contact centre
- Assisting eligible participants by conducting phone screening questionnaires based on the clinical studies requirements
- Inbound and outbound calls – up to 40 + calls per day
- Selecting trials for participants based on eligibility criteria
- Build excellent rapport with existing and current participants
- Booking appoints and updating the participant database
Requirements
- Medical research/clinical operations experience would be advantageous
- Call center experience is preferable
- Must have excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
- Maintain a professional level of confidentiality
- Meet set targets and KPI’s
