As we continue to grow, we're seeking a new role as a commercially driven Finance Manager who wants to do more than report numbers. We want someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, influencing decisions, improving systems, and helping us scale smarter.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, embraces technology, and is excited by the opportunity to use AI and automation to build a best-in-class finance function.

What You'll Do

You'll partner closely with our CEO and leadership team to help drive commercial decisions and keep the business financially healthy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering monthly management reporting and financial insights.

- Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.

- Managing Bookkeeper and support staff

- Analysing customer, product and channel profitability to identify growth opportunities.

- Supporting pricing, margin and cost analysis across the business.

- Partnering with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to improve business performance.

- Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve finance processes using AI and new technologies.





- Building dashboards and reporting that give the team better visibility and faster decision-making.

- Supporting audit, compliance and strong financial controls as we continue to scale.

What You'll Bring

We're less interested in how many years you've worked and more interested in how you think.

You'll likely have:

- 3-5+ years' experience in management accounting, commercial finance or a similar role.

- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or another product-based business.

- CA or CPA qualification (or currently working towards it).

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical commercial recommendations.

- Confidence working across teams and influencing decisions.

- A passion for continuous improvement, automation and using AI to work smarter.

- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
