ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a hands-on operator with a sharp eye for detail? Globalcatalogue (part of the global Goldstar® network) is looking for reliable Print Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing facility in Hillsdale.

In this role, you will operate and set up light industrial machinery to personalize a wide range of promotional items—including writing instruments, drinkware, bags, and apparel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, adjust, and operate specialized print machinery (Pad Printing, Laser Engraving, UV Printing, Sublimation, and Screen Printing).

- Production Output: Run equipment efficiently to safely meet daily shift throughput and production targets.

- Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines

- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major ones when necessary

- Quality Control: Perform constant visual inspections and work with the Quality team to ensure color consistency, registration, and lack of defects.
Review incoming digital files for accuracy, ensuring resolution, bleed, and color profiles meet production standards.

- Material Handling & Setup: Prepare job materials, verify work orders,



and perform smooth product changeovers.

- Conduct routine daily and weekly maintenance; troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues to minimize downtime.

- Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain an organized workspace while strictly adhering to WHS standards and reporting equipment performance issues.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

- Demonstrated experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, warehouse, or print production environment.

- Practical mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic tool adjustments during product changeovers.

- High attention to detail with solid visual quality-matching skills.

- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and a proactive "can-do" work ethic.

- Basic computer literacy for logging job documentation and tracking orders.
