We are on the hunt for a dynamic Employee Experience Coordinator to join our in-house Human Resources team on a full-time basis.
You’ll be an integral part of creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing organisational culture and delivering on bringing the right people to the business through an exceptional recruitment and onboarding experience.
Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, with up to two days working from home each week and the remainder based in our Margaret Street office in Sydney CBD.
About You

· Strong technical knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment processes, and relevant legislative and regulatory obligations, including EEO, anti-discrimination, WHS, and Fair Work requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment needs across the broader Ironbark business,
supporting the employee life cycle from beginning to end.
· Provide accurate and timely recruitment support for a range of roles, partnering with site leaders to coordinate and manage all stages of the recruitment process.
· Assist with creating a positive onboarding experience for new employees by supporting the team leaders in all onboarding preparation and activities.
· Coordinate and participate in regular check-ins with leaders and the current employees throughout the probation period to support successful integration and engagement.
Maintain compliance and ensure accurate employee records are maintained within Ironbark’s HRIS.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Tertiary or vocational qualifications in Human Resources, or a related discipline (completed or nearing completion).
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
· Proven ability to work towards and meet agreed targets.
· Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets / activities with minimal supervision.
· Current non-restricted driver’s license for the relevant state or territory.
· Standard background checks, including (but not limited to) criminal history, bankruptcy, and ASIC checks.

Remuneration is $95,000 - $100,000 inclusive of superannuation.
