The Opportunity

We are expanding our Melbourne team and seeking a driven, client-focused Wealth Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and English. This is a highly rewarding front-line role combining relationship management, business development, and holistic financial advice in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Wealth Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Identify and target recent channels and networks to build a strong sales pipeline

- Onboard new high-net-worth clients through company marketing activities and your own personal networks

- Convert leads and prospects into long-term clients by delivering valuable, tailored financial advice

- Provide full holistic wealth management advice and exceptional ongoing service

- Actively grow assets under management through referrals and proactive business development

- Collaborate with our in-house private equity, venture capital,



and private credit teams to offer exclusive investment opportunities

About You

To succeed and thrive in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, relationship management, or client-facing financial services

- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed personal and team KPIs

- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

- Warm, approachable personality and a genuine passion for working with people

- Existing high-net-worth client relationships or networks are highly advantageous

- Candidates with Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Private Credit experience (e.g., PE/VC funds, private credit teams, family offices, or investment banking) will be prioritized
