As we continue a period of strategic growth and transformation, we are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our on-site People & Performance team at our Underwood site. This role will be aligned with one of our key business units and will play a vital role in delivering strategic and operational HR support that drives culture, capability, and performance across the business.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver business-focused HR solutions.

- Partner with managers to navigate industrial relations, complex people matters and organisational change.

- Interpret HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

- Lead fair and consistent outcomes across people processes and decision-making.

- Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidently manage their teams.

- Provide expert advice and guidance on people related matters and manage employee cases for your stakeholder group.

What you'll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.





- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR business partnering role, ideally in a transport environment.

- In-depth understanding and ability to interpret Australian employment law and industrial instruments (Modern Awards, EA).

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people initiatives with operational goals.

- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.

- Ability to work operationally across a range of initiatives.

- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a rapid-paced environment.
