About the role

This is a dual role - and that’s exactly what makes it special.

You’ll be the face of our Mawson Lakes branch: the first-person customers see, speak to, and walk away impressed by. Whether you’re helping a trade customer find the right product, processing an order, or keeping our warehouse running smoothly behind the scenes, you bring the same energy - warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming and assisting customers at the branch - making every interaction count

- Serving as the first point of contact for sales enquiries, product questions, and order support

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Coordinating inbound and outbound stock movements

- Planning and booking deliveries





- Maintaining accurate stock levels and a well-organised warehouse

- Liaising with third-party logistics providers and internal teams

- Supporting general warehouse operations including stocktakes and housekeeping

What you’ll bring

- A genuinely warm, engaging personality - you make people feel welcome

- A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and represent our brand with pride

- Clear, confident communication skills - verbal and written

- Warehouse or trade counter experience (a plus, but not essential if you bring the right attitude)

- Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills

- The ability to juggle customer-facing and warehouse tasks without losing your focus or energy

- A collaborative spirit - you lift the people around you
