Change Analyst – Workplace Transformation

Infinity Pro is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major NSW Government workplace transformation and relocation program affecting approximately 2,500 employees.

This is a hands-on organisational change and communications role, with an approximately 50/50 split between change management and communications delivery. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, workplace specialists and vendors to support employees through office relocations, new floor arrangements, agile working practices and broader changes to ways of working.

Much of the initial change impact assessment has already been completed. The focus of this role will be on implementing established change and communications plans, developing high-quality employee communications, managing stakeholder feedback and ensuring change risks, issues and concerns are identified and addressed.

Key responsibilities

- Implement change management, stakeholder engagement and communications plans
- Develop clear and engaging change collateral, including FAQs, newsletters, emails, intranet articles, presentations, staff updates and project communications
- Publish and manage content through SharePoint and internal communication channels
- Support employees through workplace relocation, office transition and agile working changes
- Coordinate communications and collateral delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
- Engage with employees, managers, project teams, vendors and senior stakeholders
- Manage feedback channels and analyse employee responses, survey data and stakeholder sentiment
- Identify and manage change risks, issues,



resistance and dependencies
- Support change readiness, adoption and transition activities
- Work collaboratively across multiple business groups affected by the relocation
- Adapt change and communications activities as project priorities evolve

About the program The program will support the relocation of approximately 2,500 employees across seven to eight business groups and several floors within Parramatta Square.
The work includes:

- Workplace transformation and office relocation
- Block-and-stack planning
- Physical workplace transition
- Activity-Based Working and agile workplace practices
- Unallocated seating and new ways of working
- Employee communications and engagement
- Coordination with workplace vendors and project stakeholders

About you You will be a practical, proactive and collaborative Change Analyst who is comfortable balancing structured change management with hands-on communications delivery.
You will ideally bring:

- Proven experience as a Change Analyst, Senior Change Analyst, Change Consultant or Change and Communications Specialist
- Experience supporting large-scale organisational change or transformation programs
- Strong change communications and content development capability
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and employee engagement experience
- Experience developing FAQs, newsletters, intranet content, emails, presentations and staff updates




- Practical experience using SharePoint to publish and manage communications
- Experience managing change risks, issues, resistance and stakeholder concerns
- Ability to analyse employee feedback, survey results and stakeholder sentiment
- Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or another recognised change management methodology
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
- Robust written communication, organisation and delivery skills
- The ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Experience with workplace transformation, office relocation, Activity-Based Working, accommodation programs, property projects or changes to ways of working will be highly regarded.

Previous NSW Government or other large public-sector experience would also be advantageous.

Working arrangement The role is primarily based in Parramatta Square, with an expected working arrangement of approximately:

- Three days per week onsite in Parramatta
- Two days per week working from home

Occasional changes to the onsite requirement may occur depending on program activities and relocation milestones.
