Pantoro Gold is a high grade Australian gold producer operating the rapidly expanding Norseman Gold Project in Western Australia. With a modern processing facility, multiple operating mining centres, significant organic growth opportunities and a mine life approaching 10 years, we are building one of Australia's most exciting gold operations.
We are seeking motivated and safety focused Process Technicians to join our growing Process Operations Team. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in safely operating and optimising the processing plant to achieve production targets while maintaining Pantoro's commitment to safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the process plant, ensuring plant performance, gold recovery and production targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate and optimise crushing, grinding, CIL, elution, reagent and gold room circuits.
- Conduct routine plant inspections and equipment checks.
- Perform sampling, testing and process monitoring activities.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions where required.
- Assist with plant startups, shutdowns and isolations.
- Maintain accurate production and operational records.
- Work closely with Maintenance and Metallurgical teams to maximise plant performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all statutory requirements and Pantoro safety, environmental and operational procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a gold processing plant setting.
- Understanding of crushing, grinding, CIL and gold recovery processes.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively within a shift-based roster.
- Sound problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
Desirable
- Certificate III in Resource Processing or equivalent.
- Forklift, Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications.
- Experience with SCADA and process control systems.
- First Aid certification.
