Perth Oral Medicine and Dental Sleep Centre is seeking someone who enjoys people, stays steady on busy days and brings a calm, caring presence to the front desk. If you like building ongoing relationships with patients and supporting a specialist clinical team, this role may suit you well.

You'll begin by learning the foundations of our specialist practice as a Receptionist, with genuine opportunities to take on greater responsibility and develop your career over time. About the Role

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referrers, in person, by phone, email and SMS.

• Support multiple specialist appointment books, helping with confirmations, rescheduling and ensuring each day runs smoothly.

• Keep reception organised and welcoming while managing day-to-day administration.

• Support clinicians and management with accurate documentation, billing and patient follow-up.
