About the role:
The role of a Car Care Consultant involves selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products to recent and used car buyers. You will be liaising with the sales team during your time at the dealership, managing the profit of the car care department, and providing excellent customer care at every prospect. Promoting the advantages and providing accurate advice of the aftermarket products
Responding to all aftermarket enquiries
Maximising sales to achieve set targets and KPI’s
Maintaining an up-to-date sales log
Operating cohesively with all departments throughout the dealership




Providing post-sale customer support

About you:

Has a passion for sales and customer service
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
Can work independently and part of a team
Has a willingness to learn and achieve targets
Is well presented, highly motivated and reliable
Is well organised with attention to detail and accuracy
Has a current Driver’s Licence
Is available to work Saturdays
