Skills and Experience:
A Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent) is essential
Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills to engage with members and team members
Willingness to travel between club locations
Attention to detail in maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends
First Aid and CPR certification
