About The Role

Pay: $33/hr + Super

Roster: School terms only

Shifts available:
6:45am - 3:15pm
7:00am - 2:00pm
7:00am - 2:30pm

We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our café team at a prestigious private girls' school in Perth. If you're passionate about creating exceptional coffee, enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Working across two retail café outlets on campus, you'll help provide a welcoming café experience for students, staff, and visitors while enjoying family-friendly hours during school terms.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
Deliver friendly, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
Assist with food preparation, recess and lunch service, and café operations
Support functions and conference catering across campus
Maintain food safety, hygiene,



and cleanliness standards at all times

About You
Skilled in preparing barista-quality coffee (formal qualifications are a bonus)
Previous experience as a barista in a busy café, with the ability to support kitchen operations and service
A reliable, versatile team player who works well with others and stays calm under pressure
Sound understanding of OH&S; and food safety requirements
Able to work efficiently during busy service periods

All successful applicants will be required to undergo a Working with Children Check before commencing.
