About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in the Community Development & Engagement team, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of community development, stakeholder engagement and community activation projects across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.

You will work closely with communities, clients and stakeholders to understand local needs, facilitate meaningful conversations, and turn ideas into practical outcomes. This is a hands-on role that combines project leadership, facilitation, engagement and relationship management.

What you will do
Identify community needs and devise effective strategies to respond.
Lead end-to-end delivery of community development and stakeholder engagement projects.
Facilitate community meetings,



workshops, engagement activities and events.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and reporting across multiple projects.
Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and communities.

What you will bring
Proven experience delivering community development, stakeholder engagement or related projects.
Solid project management and stakeholder engagement capability.
Excellent facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working across community, government and industry settings.
Alignment with Creating Communities' values and purpose.

Location

Jolimont, Western Australia, with regional and remote travel as required.
