Hanson Pizza Bar is looking for an experienced Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident running the restaurant floor, providing excellent table service and assisting with local deliveries when required. You will need to be reliable, well-presented and comfortable working in a busy restaurant workplace.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and seating customers
Taking dine-in, takeaway and phone orders
Running food and drinks to tables
Managing sections and keeping the floor running smoothly
Processing payments and operating the POS system
Preparing and packing takeaway orders
Assisting with local food deliveries when required
Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
Helping with opening and closing duties
Communicating closely with the kitchen and other team members
Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
At least three years of hospitality experience
Solid restaurant floor and table-service experience
A valid Australian driver’s licence
Confidence completing local deliveries when required
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
The ability to work quickly and remain calm during busy periods
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
Availability to work evenings and weekends
A skilled and well-presented appearance
Barista experience is not essential, but it is highly desirable and will be strongly regarded.
A current RSA is also preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one.

You are someone who can confidently take ownership of the floor, connect with customers and support the team wherever needed. You understand that great hospitality means being attentive, organised and willing to help—whether that is serving a table, answering the phone, preparing an order or heading out on a delivery.
