This role is for an Industrial Spray Painter with Lindores Construction Logistics in Burleigh Heads, QLD.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare steel components and tower crane sections for painting
Perform surface preparation including:
Sanding
Filling
Masking
Apply paints and protective coatings using spray equipment and other methods
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a protected, clean work area and equipment
Use basic hand and power tools
Follow site safety requirements and company procedures
Work both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements
Construction White Card
Reliable and strong work ethic
Good attention to detail
Physically fit




Reliable transport to work/site
Legal right to work in Australia
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Forklift licence/ticket
Previous site or construction experience
Industrial spray-painting experience
