Happy Valley Dental is looking for a permanent part time receptionist for 4 days a week (approx. 37 hours)
About the Role
We’re offering a permanent part-time reception position in a friendly, team-oriented environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, working collaboratively, and creating a welcoming experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and caring for patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, phone calls, and payments
Supporting the smooth daily operation of the practice
About You
Experience in dental assisting and/or reception (Cert III in Dental Assisting preferred)
Experience in using Oasis dental software (or similar)
Friendly, organised, and reliable
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Passionate about delivering great patient care
