About the Role

We're currently seeking experienced Glaziers to join our team. The role is responsible for the site installation of all products, including:
Measuring, installing and glazing, while carrying out daily in office activities in accordance with project requirements.
Providing technical advice on work priorities, risks, compliance requirements and remedial strategies related to site operations.
Interpreting building plans, fabrication reports, and relevant glass and glazing regulations, and applying them to daily site activities.
Mentoring, supervising and training apprentices to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards.

About You

The successful candidates will ideally possess the following attributes:




Relevant Trade Certificate (Glazing or Glass Processing preferred) with 2–3 years’ experience in the residential building industry.
Demonstrated ability to safely handle glass and glazed products, including manual handling requirements.
Solid oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build and maintain effective working relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor residential building works programs, including variations and replacements.
Current C Class Driver’s Licence (highly desirable).
