Experienced Customer Service Manager
A hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer service, team performance, and operational excellence.
Full Time - 38 Hours (Sun-Thurs)
GRIA – Level 5
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below qualities;
3+ years’ experience in Customer Service Management or a Supervisor role
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong “service first” mindset
Confident in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and effectively
Understanding of financial reporting, including wage performance
Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the floor in a physically active role
Computer literate across POS systems, rostering platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Robust planning, organisation, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills with team members and senior leadership
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team, providing clear direction and follow-up
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
High attention to detail
Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
Solid understanding of Food Safety and WHS requirements
