Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do
Plan and coordinate daily food production to meet customer demand
Prepare and oversee bulk cooking of texture modified and specialised meals
Lead, train and support kitchen staff to achieve daily production goals
Monitor food quality, food safety and HACCP compliance
Manage stock, ordering, budgets, rostering, and kitchen operations efficiently





About You
Certificate IV in Kitchen Management & Diploma of Hospitality Management are essential
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
Confidence preparing bulk meals and texture modified food products
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
Food Handler Certificate required, with Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded
