About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Perth. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and organisational policies.
Complete assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with relevant legislation.
Monitor client health status and respond promptly to changes or clinical risks.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and external stakeholders.




Uphold infection control, workplace health and safety, and quality improvement practices.

Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated experience in clinical nursing (aged care, disability, community, hospital, or similar settings).
Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
