About the Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency across the business. You’ll lead a collaborative team, streamline processes, and provide insightful financial reporting to support decision‑making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Accountants and AP staff
Oversee financial reporting, end‑to‑end month‑end processes as well as continuous systems improvement




Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Drive process improvements across finance operations
Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in finance leadership roles or the demonstrative ability to step up from a Senior Accountant role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in the heavy industry/ mining services or related sectors is highly desirable
