YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CHOCOLATE MAKING TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT.

The position involves making and moulding chocolates with filled centres for our retail store and special customers. We are now expanding our chocolate sales in wholesale and therefore we have this current position to work with our existing chocolatier.

We have a purpose built chocolate work area with batch and continuous chocolate Tempering machines and one shot depositor plus other type of tempering systems.



Your Quality chocolates and customer satisfaction is our key to success.

You will need to have had several years experience in the industry and in particular creating compelling delicious chocolate centres.

Applicants without experience will be rejected without contact.

Your resume and background history is essential with photos of your work.

Our facility is both SQF & HACCP Approved. (food safety certified) so you need to work clean and tidy.
