What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a Commis Chef or CDP role (1+ years minimum) in a similar sized restaurant
Solid background in high-volume




Solid technical cooking skills and strong product knowledge
Ability to perform consistently under pressure during service
Passion for up-to-date Australian cuisine, steak, and seafood
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high standards, cleanliness, and consistency
