We have a outstanding opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our supportive and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Parts invoices via 3-way match.
Process a small number of Sundry invoices (eg. for Rebates and System Licence Fees).
Monitor/Action the shared email inbox and respond to supplier queries in a timely manner.




Investigate invoice variances and work with internal stakeholders to resolve the discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare monthly Supplier Payments.
Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions for audit purposes.

Requirements:
Good understanding of the Accounts Payable process
Robust Excel skills
Attention to detail
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Able to work cooperatively within a small team
