Overview

A position is now available for a Project Manager to join an expanding Melbourne builder who are based in the South-Eastern Suburbs. The projects are a mixture of new build and refurb/fit-out projects ranging in size up to $10 million.

The role will suit an established Project Manager or be an opportunity for a motivated, results-oriented person to step up. Some projects will be supported by a robust management team and committed site staff with a positive forward work outlook.

Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the delivery of contract works, while meeting and exceeding client expectations as well as company objectives related to Safety, Program and Commercial outcomes.

Qualifications




Experience as a Project Manager with recognisable commercial-industrial builders in Melbourne.
Strong construction knowledge.
Ability to lead a team and solve in office problems to achieve positive outcomes for the company and client.

Benefits/Remuneration

Remuneration will depend on experience and could be approximately $150k plus. The listed base pay range is provided for context.
