The Opportunity

Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care is looking for experienced Grade 3, 4, and 5 Registered Nurses to join our clinical team and contribute to the delivery of highquality operational and residentfocused care.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support care staff through supervision and delegation
Complete assessments and care plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident health changes and implement timely interventions
Collaborate with families and clinicians to support resident outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and wellbeing programs
Maintain a calm, respectful, residentcentred care workplace

Who You Are:




Current APHRA registration as Registered Nurse
Experience in Aged Care
A Grade 3, Grade 4, or Grade 5 Registered Nurse
Ability to supervise, mentor and support care staff
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A positive, versatile, residentcentred approach
Commitment to Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:
Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
