We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will help create a welcoming and qualified experience while supporting our veterinary team with day-to-day administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Greeting clients and their pets
Answering phones and booking appointments
Managing patient records and data entry
Processing payments and invoices
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
About You
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Positive attitude and ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Veterinary or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential
