Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Section Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing exceptional customer service in a skilled and courteous manner with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary needs.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage your section with confidence, grace and efficiency
Maintain the highest standard levels of presentation and cleanliness
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in fine dining or high end establishment
Good knowledge of wines, cocktails and seafood cuisine
Excellent communication skills with fluent English
Recommend food and beverage pairings with strong product knowledge
Section experience with ability to carry 3 plates and drink trays with confidence
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
