The Role

You’ll be the face of the business in one of their high-performing display homes meeting clients, understanding their lifestyle needs, and guiding them through the process of building their current home. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that rewards energy, professionalism, and results.

What You’ll Do
Manage and convert walk-in and online enquiries
Qualify buyers and present tailored home and land solutions
Guide clients through design, pricing, and contract stages
Work closely with estimating and pre-construction teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Represent a trusted brand with one of the highest client satisfaction ratings in the state





What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in new home sales, property, or high-value retail sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and client engagement skills
Professional presentation and solid attention to detail
Availability to work weekends (two rostered weekdays off)
